T.C. STUDENT SELECTED FOR SCIENCE ACADEMY

Congratulations to T.C. Williams High School student Jeffrey Alvarado, selected to participate in the 2012 Virginia Junior Academy of Science (VJAS) Research Symposium to be held at Norfolk State University May 22 through 24. His paper, "The Effect of a Rotating Helix on Drag in the Nose-Cone," was selected in the category of engineering.
